Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, unless there is a defect of product on our part. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
All information shared during client communication, including but not limited to personal details, business strategies, and financial data, will be treated as confidential. We will take all necessary measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Our team is committed to providing you with professional and courteous communication at all times. We strive to respond to your inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. All order processing time is 7-10 business days with 2 day shipping. When your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

COMPLETIONS & REVISIONS
Completion and revisions services provided by McNificent Creations are limited to the specific project outlined in the agreement between the client and the company. Any additional work required beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur extra charges.
The client is entitled 3 revisions as outlined in the agreement. Revisions requested beyond this limit may be subject to additional fees. It is the responsibility of the client to provide clear and concise feedback for revisions to be completed effectively.
The completion timeline for your order will be agreed upon by both parties before work commences. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may result in an extension of the completion timeline.
Payment terms for completion and revisions will be outlined in the agreement between the client and us. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in a delay in the project completion or termination of services.
We agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential and not to disclose any details of the project without the client's express permission.
ORDER UPDATES
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive regular updates on the status of your order via email or phone. We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work towards resolving the issue. Changes to orders, such as modifications or cancellations, must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order. If we’re having a problem with your order or missing info to complete your order we will contact via phone, email or text promptly.

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. Not including weekend. Any contacts after hours will get a response in the next business day.
