Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, unless there is a defect of product on our part. In case of any disputes or issues regarding payments, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We strive to provide high-quality services/products, and your satisfaction is our top priority.

We do not send proof of any work before purchase. You must place an order before work is done.

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mcnificentcreator@gmail.com with details and/or images of the product and the defect within 3 days of receiving product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 1 business day, whether you are entitled to a replacement because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the item. It will take us 3 days of processing to correct the defect then we will ship your package back to you in 2 business days.

All order processing time is 7-10 days. Not including weekends.

Shipping hours: Orders placed by 12pm CST are shipped within 7-10 days (business days only). Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the next day and shipped within 7-10 days. Purchases made on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping via USPS/UPS Delivery time: 2 business days

If you need your order before our processing time there will be a $75 rush fee on top of your purchase amount.

When your item(s) has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, from which you can check the status of shipment via Usps.com/tracking.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates about your order.
